Raising Hands

I had every intention of posting pictures when Bella passed six months but it didn't happen. Since then another month has come and gone so I've mashed them here together. The first three were taken 7-24-12 the last three I took 8-24-12. Do I get points for actually taking pictures?? Is it seriously September already? A whole new meaning to "Crabby Pants" The difference in one short month is the addition of two very sharp teeth! She loves William. Really. She does:-) My three cuties. I really need to work on taking pictures of the three of them. Poor William. Poor middle child;-)

She's growing too fast.

We recently had the opportunity to visit a local fire station with the MOPS group I joined a couple months ago. I'll post another time about MOPS. It's okay so far. This post is about the boys and all the fun they had that day. The excitment builds There is nothing cuter than a group of little people Bring out the Fire Engines! We had lots of questions.  We got hats:-)  William was eager to sit where the firemen ride. Jacob was eager to drive. Bella was not impressed by any of it;-)

Bella had her four month well visit yesterday. We got the big okay to start solids. It didn't go the way I thought. Oh well :-) If at first you don't succeed................... Hmm What's this? Seriously? I don't think so! This is not what I ordered!1 That's the stuff.

When I worked at baby gap many moons ago I would occasionally have the opportunity to buy a cute little something for a child that was nothing more than a twinkle in my eye. After my generous employee discount I paid next to nothing. I think I paid $3.00 for this jumper. It is corduroy. It is pink. It has the cutest little bloomers to go underneath and this is the only time she will wear it because soon it will be Summer and corduroy is out of the question. She just couldn't be any sweeter:-) I forgot to mention it's also reversable!

Baby girl is three months old today. She's all smiles and pudge, giggles and cooing. Big plans for her three month celebration! Mommy is voting today! I have never voted with children in tow. It should be an adventure. For your viewing pleasure..........

So, I've been MIA for nearly a year. I hardly know where to begin so I start with the biggest change and the main reason for my absence from my fledgling blog. Isabella Grace Hand was born on Tuesday January 24, 2012 at 9:55 am. She weight 8lbs2oz and was 21 inches long. Not quite ready for her close up She was baptized two weeks later in Wilmington, DE on February 12, 2012. We were blessed to be joined by my Mother, Stephen's folks along with his brother and family. Her godparents were also present along with some family friends. As you can see the beautiful and talented Adriane Dorr is our dear Bella's godmother and Mr. Mark Gibson (a college friend of Stephen's) is her godfather. Bella and her awesome godmother, Adriane.  She is adored by us all and I will be happy to share more pictures soon.
